Innovation Direct™ inventor’s painting accessory subject of initial interest from New Jersey-based company; non-disclosure agreement sent to inventor in advance of one-on-one meeting…
Hello, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking back in one final time regarding a busy Wednesday. Earlier in the day, the inventor of a painting accessory explained to one of our representatives that he had a pending meeting with the principals of a New Jersey-based manufacturer regarding his painting accessory, and that he wanted to have a non-disclosure agreement with all of the company’s information prepared in anticipation. Our colleague promptly readied and sent the document to the inventor via e-mail.
The inventor, who is a professional painter, had the opportunity recently to tour the company’s facilities on a work-related matter. After mentioning to some of the company’s executives that he was working on an invention related to the industry and providing them with some non-confidential details, they became intrigued and suggested that they meet in the near future in order to view all of the detailed design information available.
The manufacturer has a 65 year history in the paint products industry and boasts offices in three major U.S. cities, according to their official website. We are certainly enthused by the potential this development may hold and will continue to report on any happenings, here on the Innovation Direct™ Blog. Join us often!
