Hello, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, back in again with another Innovation Direct To Industry™-related report. Earlier Friday, Innovation Direct™ received a reply of interest to our latest Innovation Direct To Industry™ e-mail from National Hardware Show 2009 exhibitor Kellogg Garden Products. Kellogg was one of the companies included in the batch of 28 National Hardware Show 2009 exhibitors that were e-mailed about the Innovation Direct To Industry™ program yesterday (http://innovationdirectonline.com/blog/?p=1189).

As per the communication received from one of the company principals, Kellogg is always searching for new ideas and although they prefer to review a ready-for-market product, they are still willing to consider items in the conceptual stages. The company contact also confirmed that the company does have their own version of a non-disclosure agreement that they utilize when they are sufficiently interested in a product idea. In his reply Friday, our aforementioned colleague requested that the confidentiality document be sent to us for review.
