Update: Innovation Direct™ receives response from Las Vegas-based Innovation Direct To Industry™ company regarding 9 inventions reviewed; 1 item from group subject of advanced level of interest…
Hello, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking in with our latest Innovation Direct To Industry™-related report. Earlier Monday, the Innovation Direct™ representative managing the Innovation Direct To Industry™ account of a Las Vegas-based infomercial company received a response via e-mail to a request for an update he’d recently sent his contact at the company regarding 9 inventions from the roster she’d been looking at detailed design information about. We reported on our colleague’s follow-up attempt in a January 6th entry (“Update: International Technology Transfer attempts another follow-up with Las Vegas-based Innovation Direct To Industry™ company regarding 9 inventions under review…“).
As per the correspondence received today, the company felt that one product idea from the group, a fitness concept, was of particular interest. The contact asked if there was more information, such as a prototype, that could be made available. Our colleague responded by explaining that although the inventor did not have a working model, a cutting-edge virtual reality presentation was available that vividly demonstrated all of the product idea’s functionality. The clips of the presentation were sent via e-mail to the company this afternoon, and it was also emphasized to them that the inventor would be available for any necessary conference calls to answer questions.
We are certainly enthused by this latest development, and eagerly await the results of the further deliberation this invention will be the subject of within the offices of the potential licensee in the coming days. Stay tuned to the Innovation Direct™ Blog for the latest news!
