Update: Innovation Direct™ seeks update regarding rescheduling of conference call for fitness accessory with Las Vegas-based Innovation Direct To Industry™ company; exclusive developmental licensing agreement sent along for signature…

Hello once again, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™ ‘s Director of Product Licensing, checking back in with a quick update on our ongoing efforts to conduct a conference call with a Las Vegas-based infomercial company regarding a fitness accessory that they have an advanced level of interest in.  We had most recently reported on this matter in a March 5th posting (“Update: Innovation Direct™ receives reply from contact at Las Vegas-based Innovation Direct To Industry™ company regarding missed conference call for fitness accessory…“).

As we’d explained in that entry, our previous attempt at scheduling this call was unsuccessful, primarily due to the fact that the manufacturer representative was sick and also found herself without phone or internet connection in snow-laden New York City on the day the conversation was to take place. The company contact had stated she would get back with Innovation Direct™  as soon as possible to reschedule the call but with almost one week having elapsed since that point, our colleague felt it would be an appropriate time to request an update.

Along with the correspondence, an exclusive developmental licensing agreement document regarding the fitness invention was sent. With the company already displaying an advanced level of interest in the product idea, it would be a natural next step for them to execute this document in order to guarantee themselves exclusivity for the time being.
