Hello, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, back with a quick update on a situation we’d just reported in one of today’s earlier entries (“Update: Innovation Direct™ attempts follow-up with Michigan-based Innovation Direct To Industry™ hardware products manufacturer; package of inventions re-sent at company’s request…“). We are pleased to report that although the end result was not ideal, we have indeed received quick feedback from our contact at the Michigan-based Innovation Direct To Industry™ hardware products manufacturer that was the subject of that posting.

As per the e-mail correspondence received Thursday afternoon a couple of hours after the Innovation Direct To Industry™ package had been re-sent, the manufacturer will not move forward with any of the 10 inventions they’d received preliminary, non-confidential information about. As stated previously, while this is not the outcome we were hoping for, we are glad to obtain prompt closure on behalf of these product ideas and look forward to putting together the next group of items for this company.
