Hello, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking in with an update on a situation we had just reported on yesterday (“Update: Innovation Direct™ makes follow-up attempt via e-mail and telephone with Texas-based Innovation Direct To Industry™ company regarding plumbing accessory…“). Earlier Wednesday, our contact at the manufacturer that was the subject of that posting sent an e-mail reply to the Innovation Direct™ representative that had reached out to him on Tuesday regarding several issues.

As per the correspondence received, the manufacturer expects to be able to provide feedback very soon on the preliminary, non-confidential information he’d received on 5 more items from our database back on February 23rd (“Update: Innovation Direct™ sends 5 invention Innovation Direct To Industry™ package to Texas-based plumbing products company…“). He also confirmed that he still expected to have to sign the exclusive developmental licensing agreement on the plumbing accessory from their initial package that they have expressed an advanced level of interest in, and that this would happen very soon as well. Finally, the gentleman did confirm that he’d just received the prototype via courier this morning from the inventor, and that the company would therefore begin their evaluation of it.
