Update: Innovation Direct™ composes, sends e-mail to Florida-based manufacturer regarding cleaning accessory…

Good evening, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking back in with a quick update on a situation we’d reported on just yesterday (“Update: Innovation Direct™ discusses manufacturer’s decision on cleaning accessory with inventor; e-mail communication to be sent to company tomorrow…“). Thursday afternoon, the Innovation Direct™ representative that has been managing the advanced level of interest shown in a cleaning accessory that was the subject of that posting by a Florida-based manufacturer sent a planned e-mail response to the company contact. 

The correspondence contained a variety of counter-points and suggestions concerning the manufacturer’s stated reasons for passing on going any further with the invention. Emphasis was placed on the potentially wide open market for a product that possessed the functionality of this particular invention, and offered an alternative perspective to the company’s views on the product idea’s patent position.
