Hello, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking in with our latest update. Earlier Wednesday, the Innovation Direct™ representative managing the Innovation Direct To Industry™ account of Ohio-based Fitness Quest received the feedback that had been promised by his contact on the initial package they had been sent. We had just reported on this situation yesterday (“Update: Innovation Direct™ seeks, receives update from Fitness Quest regarding initial Innovation Direct To Industry™ package…“).

As we’d explained in that entry, the Fitness Quest representative had agreed to provide their impressions on the preliminary, non-confidential information sent on 13 inventions in their initial Innovation Direct To Industry™ package. Per the correspondence received, the manufacturer retains an interest in 5 concepts from the group, a combination of fitness and pet ideas. They instructed our colleague to sign a copy of a non-disclosure agreement for each product so that detailed design information could eventually be divulged. That request has already been complied with and we expect to see the return of the fully executed documents tomorrow.
