Hello, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, back in the saddle with our latest Innovation Direct To Industry™-related update. Earlier Friday, the Innovation Direct™ representative managing the Innovation Direct To Industry™ account of Las Vegas-based Chesed Direct, LLC received an update via e-mail from his contact at the company regarding the firm’s ongoing review of a fitness accessory from our roster. We had reported on the recent e-mail request for an update that our colleague had sent in a May 4th entry (“Update: Innovation Direct™ sends follow-up e-mail to Las Vegas-based Innovation Direct To Industry™ company regarding fitness accessory…“).

In today’s response, the company representative explained that they were still in the process of making a long-term decision on the invention. As the e-mail went on to explain, they had detected some potential problems with the product but still had a definite interest and were going to take additional time to conduct their due diligence. In the interim, Innovation Direct™ continues its efforts on behalf of the product idea by sending information about it to other manufacturers in the Innovation Direct To Industry™ program.
