Update: Innovation Direct™ receives long-awaited feedback from Illinois-based Design Ideas, Inc. regarding 13 invention Innovation Direct To Industry™ package…

Good evening, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, chiming in with our second Innovation Direct To Industry™-related update for today. Earlier Wednesday, the Innovation Direct™ representative managing the Innovation Direct To Industry™ account of Illinois-based Design Ideas, Inc. finally received long-awaited feedback on the 13 invention batch they had been sent months ago. We had most recently reported on this company and their promise to provide their impressions on the product ideas in an April 28th posting (“Update: Innovation Direct™ receives reply from Design Ideas, Inc. regarding request for update on 13 inventions; more feedback likely next week…“).

As per today’s correspondence, the company will not go any further with the 13 concepts. The primary reason provided was the still struggling economy, which the manufacturer feels would prevent them from being able to effectively develop and commercialize any new products at this time.
