Innovation Direct™ sends sample non-disclosure agreement and exclusive developmental licensing agreement to Northern Response International Limited…

Good evening, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking in one final time before heading off into the weekend. Earlier today, we had reported that we had engaged in a conversation with our contact at Canadian infomercial giant Northern Response International Limited regarding our overall confidentiality and licensing processes, in advance of the company providing us with their feedback on the preliminary materials they’d received on 10 inventions from our roster in their initial Innovation Direct To Industry™ package (“Update: Innovation Direct™ conducts call with Northern Response International Limited; feedback on initial Innovation Direct To Industry™ package expected early next week…“).

Towards the end of the call, our Innovation Direct™ colleague and the company representative had agreed that it would be beneficial to Northern Response to be able to review a sample of both our non-disclosure and exclusive developmental licensing agreements. Accordingly, our aforementioned colleague did send both of those documents via e-mail Friday afternoon to his contact.
