Update: Innovation Direct™ sends follow-up letter and second copy of non-disclosure agreement for automotive accessory to Massachusetts-based company…

Hello, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking in with an update on an invention and a company that we’d last reported about in an April 24th entry (“Innovation Direct™ inventor’s automotive accessory subject of initial interest from Massachusetts-based manufacturer; non-disclosure agreement sent…“). Earlier Friday, Innovation Direct™ sent a follow-up letter and second copy of a non-disclosure agreement for an automotive accessory to the Massachusetts-based company that had expressed an initial interest in the invention several weeks ago.

As we’d explained in the aforementioned entry, the manufacturer had first become interested in the product idea after having reviewed preliminary, non-confidential information about it in mid-April. Pursuant to their request for more detailed information, the Innovation Direct™ representative had sent the company a non-disclosure agreement for signature on the date of the posting alluded to above. With almost a full month having passed without the confidentiality agreement having been returned, we felt the time was prudent for a follow-up attempt.
