Innovation Direct™ enjoying highly productive International Home and Housewares Show 2012…
Hello, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking in with an update on the dynamic International Home and Housewares Show 2012. This year’s version of the event was expected to be particularly productive and well attended, with it having been expanded to 4 days for the first time in its history. This has proven to be exactly the case, as our staff has found the exhibit floor to be replete with potential opportunities and evidence of past Innovation Direct™ successes as well!
Our trade show staff visited the booth of direct response giant Harvest Direct, which was featuring an Innovation Direct™ inventor product, the Chop ‘N Serve! This kitchen accessory is already the subject of a national television infomercial featuring renowned spokeswoman Cathy Mitchell and is now preparing to make its mark in major retailers! We were pleased to see this dynamic product featured so prominently in the booth of an industry heavyweight such as Harvest Direct.
Additionally, Innovation Direct™ staff had an opportunity to meet with one of the owners of a Georgia-based consumer products company that has been marketing and distributing baby, household, and pet items for 30 years, and also had an opportunity to further solidify its already established relationship with Hampton Direct, another leading company in both the catalog sales and direct response markets! Both companies expressed an interest in reviewing new product ideas from the Innovation Direct™ roster in a variety of categories in the near future.
