Innovation Direct™ Enjoys Successful Visit To ASI Show Chicago, Makes Contact With Consumer Products Division of Major Television Network…
Hello, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking in with a review of what was a successful stop in the Windy City for the leading event of the promotional products industry, the ASI (Advertising Specialty Institute) Show Chicago. As expected, the event featured an eclectic group of exhibitors that paralleled the diversity of our invention roster. Companies in a multitude of industries, including apparel, housewares, automotive, electronics, and novelties, populated the exhibit floor of the McCormick Place throughout the two days.
We are pleased to report that our staff returned with a substantial amount of leads and business cards collected during the event, and follow-up centered on the possibility of matching products to their categories of interest will begin as soon as possible. We are particularly excited about the potential that a relationship with the Consumer Products division of the CBS television network, which was represented at the event, might hold for many of the inventions that we currently represent. One of our trade show staff was able to secure a contact with a notable member of the Marketing Department, and further dialogue will be conducted in the coming days.
