Innovation Direct™ inventor’s balloon novelty product subject of initial interest by Kansas-based manufacturer; non-disclosure agreement sent…
Hello, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking in with our latest update regarding an Innovation Direct™ inventor’s product idea becoming the subject of initial interest. On this occasion, the invention is a balloon novelty concept and the manufacturer inquiring is a Kansas-based outfit that manufactures and markets all types of balloon items. Incidentally, this is the same invention that we had reported on in a January 28th entry when it became the subject of interest of a Texas-based manufacturer (“International Technology Transfer inventor’s novelty balloon item catches the eye of Texas-based manufacturer; non-disclosure agreement sent…“).
The company had received preliminary, non-confidential information about the product idea several weeks ago and found it sufficiently intriguing so as to request additional details. Per our customary procedure, a non-disclosure agreement was e-mailed to the company contact earlier today in response to the request. If and when we receive the signed guarantee of confidentiality in return, we will provide the manufacturer access to all of the detailed design information available for the concept.
