Innovation Direct™ inventor’s personal medical accessory subject of initial interest from Texas-based manufacturer; non-disclosure agreement sent…

Greetings, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking back in once more with an update. Earlier Friday, Innovation Direct™ sent preliminary, non-confidential information and a non-disclosure agreement to Texas-based Advanced Materials, Inc. regarding a medical accessory from our roster that they’d expressed initial interest in.

The company’s awareness of the concept was prompted by an e-mail communication that the inventor had sent to them through their official website in which he inquired as to whether or not they were able to license products. The inventor had then received a reply in which the manufacturer expressed an interest in learning more about the concept, an e-mail that he then forwarded to Innovation Direct™ for processing and response.

The Innovation Direct™ representative that will manage the situation sent the company contact preliminary, non-confidential information and a non-disclosure agreement earlier Friday. If the NDA is returned with a signature, we will be able to share access to all of the detailed design information available about the product idea.

Check in with the Innovation Direct™ Blog for any and all future updates regarding this situation!
