Update: Innovation Direct™ sends follow-up e-mail to Illinois-based Innovation Direct To Industry™ company regarding pending review of 13 inventions…

Hello, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, back with another Innovation Direct To Industry™-related update. Earlier Thursday, the Innovation Direct™ representative managing the Innovation Direct To Industry™ account of an Illinois-based manufacturer that had been a fellow exhibitor at the International Home and Housewares Show in 2008 sent a follow-up e-mail to their chief designer regarding the information they have had on 13 inventions for several weeks. We had most recently reported on this company and situation in a December 22nd entry (“Update: International Technology Transfer receives response to request for follow-up from Illinois-based Innovation Direct To Industry™ company; feedback on package expected early next year…“).

As we’d explained in that posting, the company contact had informed us at the time that he expected to have feedback on the preliminary, non-confidential materials we’d sent them on the concepts by the first week of January or so, after he’d had an opportunity to discuss the information with the company’s Director of Marketing. With that time frame having come and gone, the Innovation Direct™ representative thought it would be prudent to send follow-up correspondence in an attempt to get an update.

We’ll alert you in this space as soon as we receive a response. Check in with us frequently!
