Update: Innovation Direct™ sends follow-up letter, second copy of non-disclosure agreement regarding personal safety accessory to Mississippi-based manufacturer…

Hello, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, back once again with an update regarding our follow-up efforts on behalf of the inventions we represent. Earlier Friday, a follow-up letter and second copy of a non-disclosure agreement was sent to a Mississippi-based manufacturer that had expressed an interest in a personal safety accessory from our roster several weeks ago after reviewing preliminary, non-confidential information regarding it. We had initially reported on this situation in a December 8th entry (“Innovation Direct™ inventor’s personal safety accessory recipient of initial interest from Mississippi-based company; non-disclosure agreement sent…“).

As per our customary procedure, a non-disclosure agreement had been sent at the time of the expression of interest in order to facilitate the eventual dissemination of detailed design information to the manufacturer. With over 30 days having passed since that information had first been sent, the aforementioned follow-up correspondence became a necessity and was therefore sent.

Stay tuned for any and all updates on this situation. Join us next week here on the Innovation Direct™ Blog!
