Update: Innovation Direct™ receives feedback from New Jersey-based company regarding personal care accessory…
Hello, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking back in with an update on a situation we had last reported on in a September 17th entry (“Update: Innovation Direct™ receives signed Non-Disclosure and Secrecy Form from New Jersey-based manufacturer for personal care accessory; access to detailed design information sent…“). As we’d explained in that posting, the company had thought enough of the preliminary, non-confidential information they’d received on a personal care accessory from the Innovation Direct™ roster to execute a version of their Non-Disclosure and Secrecy Form in order to be able to view detailed design materials about it.
Earlier Wednesday, the company’s vice president, who also serves as our contact, explained that his company had decided not go further with the invention. According to the e-mail correspondence, they feel the product may have some limited use but enough to warrant them investing further into its commercialization.
We will continue undeterred in our duty to attempt to achieve licensing success with this invention and will update you on any further developments regarding it, here on the Innovation Direct™ Blog. Check back frequently!
