Update: Innovation Direct™ and Global TV Concepts Ltd. reach agreement on NDA to be used; document to be executed later this week…

Good day, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking in with our latest report. Earlier Tuesday, the Innovation Direct™ representative managing the Innovation Direct To Industry™ account of Florida-based Global TV Concepts Ltd. reached an agreement with his counterpart at the company regarding which non-disclosure agreement will be used as a permanent guarantee of confidentiality between the companies. We’d last reported on this situation in an August 14th entry (http://innovationdirectonline.com/blog/?p=1214).

As we’d explained in that posting, we had actually modified our NDA at Global’s request to include a provision they felt was important. However, after further discussion via e-mail Friday and Monday, it was agreed that Innovation Direct™ would review Global’s version of an NDA to see if it was a better overall fit. After that evaluation took place, it was indeed decided by both parties that Global’s document was acceptable for ongoing use.

The confidentiality agreement will be executed by representatives of both companies in the coming days, after which detailed design information on the 10 inventions that constituted the company’s initial Innovation Direct To Industry™ package will be sent via e-mail to the manufacturer contact.
