Good evening, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking in with an update on our continuing efforts to expand our Innovation Direct To Industry™ program. Earlier Monday, Innovation Direct™ representatives sent a special follow-up version of our Innovation Direct To Industry™ post-trade show e-mail to over 25 exhibitors from this year’s International Home and Housewares Show that had not responded to the first attempt to communicate with them regarding the service. Today’s group represented a portion of the companies that were originally e-mailed on April 2nd (“Innovation Direct™ contacts approximately 70 exhibitors from International Home and Housewares Show 2009 via e-mail regarding Innovation Direct To Industry™ program…“).
The correspondence sent today emphasizes that in today’s still-sluggish economy, innovation is more important than ever and companies that fail to diversify their product lines may find themselves non-existent before too long. The communication goes on to encourage manufacturers to take advantage of the Innovation Direct To Industry™ program as a complimentary source of new product information and asks them to reply as soon as possible to initiate the business relationship.
