Hello, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, chiming back in with an update on a situation we’d just reported on in a March 24th posting (“Update: Innovation Direct™ attempts second follow-up with Texas-based Innovation Direct To Industry™ company regarding exclusive developmental licensing agreement…“). Earlier Tuesday, the Innovation Direct™ representative managing the Innovation Direct To Industry™ account of the Texas-based manufacturer that was the subject of that entry made yet another attempt to contact his contact at the firm regarding whether or not he’d received the inventor’s prototype, as well as the status of his legal department’s review of our exclusive licensing agreement document.
