Good evening, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, chiming in with an update on another situation we’d just reported about in an entry yesterday (“Update: Innovation Direct™ receives signed non-disclosure agreement for 5 inventions from Northern Response International Limited; issue taken with modification from manufacturer, matter pending…“). Earlier Thursday, the Innovation Direct™ representative managing the Innovation Direct To Industry™ account of Canadian infomerical company Northern Response International Limited was able to reach a resolution with his contact at the company regarding a modification that had been made to our non-disclosure agreement.

Accordingly, the manufacturer has already been sent access to all of the detailed design information on the 5 inventions encompassed by the confidentiality document. Included in this material was the virtual reality presentation that was available for one of the product ideas in the group. We are hopeful of receiving prompt feedback from Northern Response and will provide full details when we do, here on the Innovation Direct™ Blog. Check back in frequently!
