Update: Innovation Direct™ receives feedback from Israeli company regarding initial Innovation Direct To Industry™ package; non-disclosure agreement to be signed for all 10 inventions…
Hello, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking in with our latest update. Earlier Tuesday, the Innovation Direct™ representative managing the Innovation Direct To Industry™ account of an Israeli product development company received feedback from his contact at the firm regarding the 10 inventions sent in their initial package. We had just reported on this situation and company in one of our posts yesterday (“Update: Innovation Direct™ prepares, sends 10 invention Innovation Direct To Industry™ package to Israeli company…“).
As per the correspondence received, the manufacturer stated that ideally they wanted him to only review provisionally patented, patent pending, or patented products. However, after further dialogue, they agreed to sign a non-disclosure agreement for all 10 concepts in the Innovation Direct To Industry™ package so that they could have a look at the detailed design information for each one.
The confidentiality agreement will promptly be prepared and sent off to the company contact by our aforementioned colleague. Naturally, we will continue to keep you updated on any developments, here on the Innovation Direct™ Blog. Check in often!
