Update: Innovation Direct™ receives update from industry partner regarding interest in cake accessory…

Good evening, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking in one final time for an extremely busy week. Earlier Friday, the Innovation Direct™ representative managing the Innovation Direct To Industry™ account of our West Coast-based industry partner received an e-mail from him regarding the latest feedback on a cake accessory from our roster provided by the Director of Merchandising for a company he does business with. We had most recently reported on this situation in a May 4th posting (“Update: Innovation Direct™ receives prototype dimensions from cake accessory inventor; information already relayed to industry partner…“).

As per the correspondence that our industry colleague forwarded, the manufacturer did receive the dimensions that the inventor had provided for the product and is in the midst of making a decision on whether or not the invention is feasible for them to take on. We are certainly hopeful that this company’s interest will continue to blossom, but only time will tell.
