Hello, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking in once more with yet another Innovation Direct To Industry™-related update. Earlier Friday, the Innovation Direct™ representative managing the Innovation Direct To Industry™ account of a California-based automotive products manufacturer requested, and subsequently received, feedback on the detailed design information he’d sent them on 8 product ideas from our roster. We had most recently reported on on our follow-up attempts with this company in a February 4th posting (“Update: Innovation Direct™ requests and receives follow-up report from California-based Innovation Direct To Industry™ automotive products company…“).

As per the response received approximately two hours after the request for an update was sent this morning, the company retains an advanced level of interest in 1 out of the 8 concepts from the group. As the communication from our contact went on to explain, he would be meeting with his firm’s chief engineer about the product idea, as the invention is a somewhat complex concept related to greater engine and fuel efficiency in hybrid vehicles.
