Hello once more, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, chiming back in with our latest update. Earlier Friday, the Innovation Direct™ representative managing the Innovation Direct To Industry™ account of Venture Products, LLC, a company that had been an exhibitor at the 2009 edition of the International Home and Housewares Show, sent an e-mail to his contact at the company requesting an update on their feedback regarding the multi-category group of inventions they’d been sent information about in their initial package. We had most recently reported on this company and the previous attempt to obtain an update from them in an April 13th posting (“Update: Innovation Direct™ sends follow-up e-mail to Venture Products, LLC regarding initial Innovation Direct To Industry™ package…“).

We are pleased to report that although the prior effort did not yield a response, today’s correspondence did. A reply from the company representative was received shortly after our colleague’s e-mail on Friday afternoon, and it was learned the 3 inventions from the group are subjects of further interest for the manufacturer. Consequently our colleague already prepared and sent his contact a non-disclosure agreement via e-mail encompassing the trio of concepts.

When the signed guarantee of confidentiality is in hand, likely early next week, the company will receive access to all of the detailed design information available for the inventions. Stay tuned for the latest news about this situation, here on the Innovation Direct™ Blog!
