Update: Innovation Direct™ sends 7 tool invention Innovation Direct To Industry™ package to West Coast-based industry partner…

Good evening, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking back in with an update on a situation we’d just reported about yesterday (“Innovation Direct™ receives request for tool inventions from industry partner; searches to be initiated tomorrow…“). Earlier Friday, the Innovation Direct™ representative managing the Innovation Direct To Industry™ account of our West Coast-based industry partner put together a 7 invention package consisting of tool-related items and sent the material to him.

As we’d reported in the aforementioned entry, our partner had requested that we send him some tool-related items in order to comply with a request from a new company in that industry he is starting a business relationship with. Our industry partner had mentioned the manufacturer preferred inventions that were already patented or in patent pending or provisional patent status, but would consider those that were not patented in any form. Accordingly, our colleague included 2 product ideas in the package that were provisionally patented and 5 others that were not but did have prototypes.
