Update: Innovation Direct™ sends follow-up e-mail to Florida-based manufacturer regarding cleaning accessory…

Hello, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, kicking off another week. Earlier Monday, the Innovation Direct™ representative that managed the interest shown in a cleaning accessory from our roster by a Florida-based manufacturer recently sent an e-mail to his contact at the company asking him to reply to the points he had made to him about the invention’s potential viability despite the manufacturer’s concerns about certain aspects of it. We had most recently reported on this situation in an April 16th posting (“Update: Innovation Direct™ composes, sends e-mail to Florida-based manufacturer regarding cleaning accessory…“).

As we’d explained in that posting, the inventor and our colleague had opted to put together some counter-points to the company’s stated concerns about what they perceived to be a potentially weak patent position for the invention. We were hopeful of receiving a reply shortly thereafter but none had been forthcoming, hence today’s attempt to follow up.
