Good evening, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, back one final time before heading into the long holiday weekend. Earlier Friday, Innovation Direct™ representatives reached out via e-mail to 18 additional National Hardware Show 2009 exhibitors regarding our dynamic new product idea subscription service for manufacturers, Innovation Direct To Industry™. This follows a 13 exhibitor effort on Thursday, as detailed in an entry here on the Innovation Direct™ Blog (“Innovation Direct™ contacts 13 additional National Hardware Show 2009 exhibitors through Innovation Direct To Industry™ e-mail campaign…“).
Each e-mail follow-up “session” consists of Innovation Direct™ representatives visiting the company websites for each manufacturer first, and determining whether they appear to be both a manufacturer and marketer of products, with adequate distribution channels. The perousal of the site also reveals whether the company should be contacted through an e-mail address, or whether they have an online contact form that allows us to send the correspondence directly through that method.
