Happy Friday, Juan C. Blanco, Innovation Direct™’s Director of Product Licensing, checking in with our latest update. Earlier Friday, the Innovation Direct™ representative managing the Innovation Direct To Industry™ account of Pennsylvania-based ARG Manufacturing, Inc. spoke with the company representative about the 3 inventions from their initial package as had been requested. We had most recently reported on this situation in an entry yesterday (“Update: Innovation Direct™ reschedules call with ARG Manufacturing regarding 3 inventions…“).

During the call, the level of development of each of the items was discussed, so as to provide the company a perspective on this aspect before they reviewed the detailed invention websites for each one. At the call’s conclusion, the company contact agreed to receive and sign a non-disclosure agreement that encompassed the 3 product ideas so that he could subsequently gain access to the confidential material. The document was promptly prepared by our aforementioned colleague and was already sent via e-mail Friday afternoon.
